Prof. Halil H\u00fcseyin \u00c7a\u011fatay was born in the Tarsus district of Mersin. He completed his primary, middle, and high school education in Mersin. He completed his medical education at Istanbul Faculty of Medicine between 1999 and 2005. He completed his specialty training at \u015ei\u015fli Etfal Training and Research Hospital between 2005 and 2009.
