He completed primary, secondary, and high school education in Mersin. He completed medical education in <strong>Istanbul Faculty of Medicine <\/strong>between 1999-2005. He completed specialization education at<strong> Sisli Etfal Training and Research Hospital<\/strong> between 2005-2009.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Cagatay continues his active working life by following current developments. He continues to work on eye health in infants and children, strabismus, eye aesthetics, and eyelid diseases in adults and children particularly. Apart from these studies, he performs cataract and laser treatments routinely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dr. Cagatay<\/strong> has worked in the fields of eye diseases, especially <strong>Cataract, Retina, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.halilhuseyincagatay.com\/goz-estetigi-ve-okuloplastik-cerrahi\/\" title=\"Oculoplastic Surgery\">Oculoplastic Surgery<\/a><\/strong>. His specialization dissertation topic focused on <strong>\u201cFrontalis suspension surgery in ptosis cases\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Cagatay has passed the European Board of Ophthalmology Diploma Examination. In 2016, he received the title <strong>\u201cFellowship European Board Ophthalmologist\u201d<\/strong> in Paris, in the exam attended by ophthalmologists trained in Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>He has many international and national scientific publications and received the title of Associate Professor of Ophthalmology in 2016.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>He has an excellent command of English.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>He works as an ophthalmologist in Izmir and Istanbul.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Eye Surgeries performed and trained<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul
